I have been using Callbox on and off for over a year now and I am very pleased with level of service and suppport. I contract them to do cold-calls and prospecting for me and I have found them to be very effective and very cost-effective here. They call a hundred plus potential customers a day for me. One of their competitors called me and was offering a fairly low number of 'qualified leads' (how do I know that?) for about twice what I am paying Callbox.

They key to success here is knowing your market, your customers and what/how you want to communicate with them. Your 'call' script will be entirely yours to create and manage. You should have it reviewed by a sales/marketing professional before sending it off. I found that my initial script was much too pushy and having it reviewed helped a LOT. Also knowing a lot about your customer base will help you when it comes time to select the SICs, Zip Codes and other demographic data for your call list.

They also check in with you once a week or so to see how things are going for you and the campaign. I really appreciate that as it gives me a chance to do any mid-course corrections if needed. Overall, they are definitely worth it. They'll give you some references which I strongly recommend you check out for your particular project type as these will help you tremendously as well.
